While Findings started off as making a combination of products, including stationery items — it has evolved as my passion for personal growth has become a driving force in my life. I wanted to combine my passion for personal growth with my love for writing and creating.

I have found writing to be an incredible pathway to emotional intelligence. taking notice of your feelings and the emotions of others is a valuable skill. I whole-heartedly believe that having a strong sense of self-awareness can foster meaningful connections with ourselves and with those around us.
